Turkey Meatballs

meatballs done

My husband is very much Italian. My mother-in-law makes the best meatballs, short ribs, sauce, manicottis, the whole nine yards. I have ventured into making my own pasta (post coming soon!) and such to try to fill the void in my husband’s life of not having homemade Italian food. So far, so good. These meatballs, however, I have been making for years. They are SO basic. Not your nonna’s meatball recipe by any stretch, but they are quite delicious, super lean protein, and extremely easy to make!

Like most of my recipes, there’s only a few ingredients, that you probably already have. Also, you can mess with the spices to up the spice level, make them more herbaceous, whatever you and your family desire. So, let’s get to it!
